Recognising the exceptional career trajectory of our first ever female leader, Alice Ham has been shortlisted for Fire Safety Woman of the Year – and we couldn’t be happier!
Under Alice’s leadership, Thermocable has increased sales, (almost) doubled manufacturing capacity, expanded headcount and grown the bottom line. We think she’s a rockstar!
Next up is Fire Innovation of the Year, where we have been shortlisted – in partnership with Ramtech Global – for our fire detection solution for scaffolding and construction sites.
