Driven by spreadsheets, numbers, employee wellbeing, and any form of healthy competition, Alice has almost two decades’ experience in accounting.
But it doesn’t end there.
After spending months travelling around Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, the Cook Islands and finally, LA, Alice began her career in 2006 as a book keeper in the thriving property market. Moving on to become an assistant accountant in 2008, Alice worked across IT and Manufacturing sectors, where she also completed her AAT and ACCA qualifications.
Setting up her own financial consultancy in 2013, Alice took on management accountant positions across various businesses – adding Thermocable to her portfolio in 2020, all while raising her 2 small sons, 2 teenage step-sons, and the family labradoodle (we know, she may be superhuman)!
Joining Thermocable exclusively as Management Accountant, Alice was promoted to Finance Director in June 2022, where she led our business through Covid-19, volatile markets, the Halma acquisition, and huge financial growth.
With a love of sports, 6am gym sessions, and with almost 5 years as part of the Thermocable team, we couldn’t be prouder to have her at our helm. Here’s to the next stage of saving lives and livelihoods, one metre at a time!
